Ride the Wake is a thrilling two-day wakeboard and wakesurf event taking place on July 5–6, 2025 at the Batoo Wakeboard Club & Eetcafé in Kuurne.
The event features three wakeboard categories: Rookies, Advanced, and Pros.
And one Wakesurf categorie.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere with side activities for all ages — from live DJs and bands to a delicious Sunday BBQ.
Competition Format:
The course is 800 meters long. Each rider gets 5 jumps going out and 5 jumps returning. If a rider falls twice, their run is over.
Schedule:
• Saturday: Wakeboard Qualifying Rounds
• Sunday: Wakeboard LCQs & Finals
• Sunday: Wakesurf Competition (Open Level)
Categories & Rules:
• Rookies: Max 1 invert allowed + spins up to 360°
• Advanced: All tricks allowed except high-ender tricks
• Pros: All tricks allowed
